Oliver's mummy requested a home session due to her recovering from a C section.
I set up the mini studio in their dining room, a perfect space! Little Oliver was just the cuddliest and we ended up doing a lot of that as the poor thing had a sore tummy! The session was a bit stop and start due to him not feeling himself but we got some wonderful images and you'd never have known.
His mummy and daddy met at a hockey game (his daddy was playing) and so it was fitting to include his jersey. Oliver's tiny feet are swamped in amongst the logo and number and I think it is such a lovely reminder of how they met.
It was a day of firsts! Oliver's cord came off (finally - to his mothers delight!), it was the first day he hadn't slept at all... and Oliver gained the title of 2017's first baby boy but also the longest session ever - at 5hours!
Luckily I was given lots of cups of tea and chatted happily away to his mummy :)
A review from Oliver's mummy: "I recently had a newborn photoshoot done by the lovely Olivia for my son Oliver. Olivia went out of her way to come and do the shoot at my house as I was still recovering from my c-section which I really appreciated. Olivia still brought along all the props and back drops so it was just like being in the studio and I didn't miss out at all! I cannot recommend Olivia enough, she was so amazing with settling Oliver and was so patient with him, even though he was a little grumpy and unwell! The shoot wasn't rushed at all, and Olivia made sure she had some lovely photos before leaving. The outcome of the photos were amazing, all such brilliant quality, and received within 2 days after the shoot! Olivia is very friendly and easy to talk to, the photos were wonderful and I will definitely be having more shoots done for Oliver in the future. Thank you again Olivia."
