Welcome to the first of my supplier reviews. I decided it would be good to try and spend a little time with some of the local Wedding contacts that I have made. Such is the Wedding Business we photographers rarely get to see the people who work behind the scenes to create such amazing events. I met Teri at Salton Manor Wedding Fayre and was immediately impressed with her cupcakes. I noticed that there were as many cake suppliers as Photographers so was interested in what makes Tcupcakes stand out from the crowd.

I spent a very pleasant afternoon at Teri's wonderful Walmer house and she took me through the cupcake process. The first thing that struck me was her attention to detail, all of the ingredients being organic and fair trade wherever possible. I was also staggered to realise that all of the tiny sugar flowers are hand made - extremely time consuming! Teri describes her style as 'understated chic' and I think you will see from the pictures this is a very accurate description.

As I packed away my camera Teri presented me with a box of cakes to share with the family. My daughter commented 'How can something that looks so pretty taste so nice!' praise indeed and I fully agree.
